Locust Projects Presents an Evening With Top Chef's Jeff McInnis

​Thursday, October 22, at Locust Projects (155 NE 38 Street) Jeff McInnis, executive chef of DiLido Beach Club restaurant at the Ritz Carlton South Beach will cook for and talk to a crowd in the Design District.

Jeff McInnis was a contestant on season five of the hit Bravo TV show Top Chef.

"Who doesn't like Top Chef?" asked Chana Sheldon, director of Locust Projects, when we called her.

Chana: Yeah, I guess you're right. This is a part of our skill share program where we have people from diverse programs come in and share what they do. Jeff's going to set up in the exhibition area, have a conversation about what he does, and do an example of a liquid nitrogen based recipe, then let everyone try it.
