Talavera Mex Opens Today

​The team behind Jaguar Ceviche in Coconut Grove premieres its new Talavera Cocina Mexicana in Coral Gables today (2299 Ponce de Leon, on the corner of Giralda). Open for lunch and dinner, Talavera promises to serve traditional Mexican food "with a contemporary twist". Menu items, which all fall below $18, include snapper huarache, ceviches, moles, salads, guacamole made to order, and various grill items. Mex beers, tequilas, and margaritas will be on tap too.
