​Last night, members of Miami's own Chef's Club got together over food and drink on the rooftop lounge of the Catalina Hotel's Kung Fu Kitchen and Sushi on South Beach to network, knock a few back, crack jokes, and make the South Florida scene a stronger, more unified movement.

A gift bag for invited guests included a $50 gift certificate for the restaurant. Instead of keeping it for ourselves, we're passing the savings on to you, our loyal Short Order reader.

All you have to do to win is come up with the best name for an alcoholic beverage using these ingredients: 2 1/2 parts tequila, 1/2 part club soda, 1/4 part pineapple juice, 1/4 part orange juice, chili powder rim, splash of grenadine.
