Lunch Eater: Morgans Restaurant Now Open for Breakfast and Lunch

​Her name is Morgans. She is a big purple house on 29th Street between North Miami and NE Second Avenues -- actual address: 28 NE 29th Street. She has been around since the 1930s. Her specialty, home cooked food.

The Morgans Restaurant in Wynwood is now open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, serving breakfast and lunch. Lunch menu is split into starters, between the bread, salads, mains, and smoothies.

Cheapest sandwich is $7.50, a ham deal on pumpernickel. Picture above is the $8.50 House Club, a chicken bacon free ranger. There's also an $8 pizza, meatloaf sandwich, grilled tuna and more.
