Area 31 Wine Dinner at SBWFF, or Boat Ride and Lunch With Chef Critchley

​Area 31 is back serving its fresh, sustainable seafood and will present a dinner called Fish + Wine, hosted by executive chef John Critchley and master sommelier Emily Wines, Thursday, February 25 -- South Beach Wine & Food Festival week. The event begins with complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 7 p.m. At 8:30, guests will be seated for a seven-course meal with wine pairings. Price is $175, and seating is limited to 150 people.

For $275, you can board a private charter boat with Chef Critchley and be treated to a tour of Miami's fishing markets, get tips on picking premium fish, and then cap it off with lunch. This one begins at 11 a.m.
