Small dinners will again take place at this year's South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Some intriguing ones will be at the Setai, where chef Jonathan Wright will team with chef Ming Tsai, chef David Munoz Rosillo of DiverXo in Madrid, chef Tim Cushman of O Ya in Boston, and the chef from our own Tropical Chinese Restaurant to cook up Asian small plates such as Malaysian laksa with crab claws, and slow-cooked duck eggs in Peking duck broth. "Asian picnic" will mix smoked pork belly-infused Jack Daniel's with chili syrup and citrus juice. That's a cocktail, by the way, not an appetizer.

All the while, a DJ will spin '70s and '80s disco tunes. Well, no dinner is perfect.

When: February 27, 11 p.m.-2 a.m.
Where: The Setai, 2001 Collins Ave., Miami Beach
Price: $150
Phone: 305-520-6402
