surtida (mixed) mean anything to you and your taco, you're in luck.
Con Sabor a Mexico: Carnitas Estilo Michoacan (542 SW 12th Ave., Miami) is open for business seven days a week 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
According to owners Mariana Camargo and Andres Tovar, their Little Havana shop is the only place you can find authentic, traditional, Michoacan-style carnitas in Miami-Dade County outside of Homestead.
We'd like to believe there are more out there.
Andres, a Cuernavaca native whose parents are from the tiny south-central Mexican state of Michoacan admits that in the 5 years he's been in Miami he has seen area Mexican joints spike from 2 to 15.
Little Havana alone is now home to several Mexican restaurants.

We posted up at the counter at around 8:45 last night. Many items were sold out. We got 2 chicken tacos, one buche (stomach) and one maciza (solid).

Each taco costs $1.65. Four tacos and a Mexican soda costs $8. Tacos are served naked. Add your own cilantro, chopped onions, and multiple salsas.
