Red Light has ribs and a big heart
This weekend, Kris Wessel will be serving a Haitian-inspired menu at his Red Light Little River restaurant in MiMo. Chou chou blanc and calaloo are just a couple of the regional specialties being cooked up. But more heartwarming than these hearty dishes is that 25% of all proceeds will go to relief.

"Five of our employees were affected directly," Wessel writes on his Facebook page. "Preserve their culture by tasting their food."

Red Light Little River, 7700 Biscayne Blvd., Miami; 305-757-7773.
