78. A Frita, Cuban Hamburger at El Mago De Las Fritas
El Mago has spent the last 25 years in business at the same location in the "sawasera"(southwest area) and his fritas combine perfectly paprika seasoned meat, a crisp onion bite, a potato stick crunch, and a Cuban bread roll soft as a cloud. You can get yours with cheese if you want, but anybody over the age of 35 might look at you with contempt for bucking tradition. In any case, El Mago's fritas are a cut above the competition, just ask the Burger Beast.
