Baru Urbano Up and Running

I'm getting hungry just looking at this photo!
Colombian partners Nicolas Hoyos and Juan Carlos Pardo proudly introduce Baru Urbano, "an experience that will seduce the senses through art, décor, music and cuisine." The Brickell neighborhood restaurant/club touts an eco-conscious bill of fare with locally sourced ingredients. According to the press release, the menu "has been created with 'Alma y Sazón'.". I can't swear by this, but I think that's a spice mix made by Goya.

Chef Gabriel Petrovich is behind the line dishing global fare with Latin accents. Items served will include leek dip in a bread bowl, beet risotto, smoked salmon pasta, and a selection of seafood and meats served with exotic sauces such as tamarind, guasacaca, amaretto and Thai peanut. Cocktails by mixologist Arturo Sighinolfi will be made with fresh, local fruit.
