Red Light Is Super Bowl Central for New Orleans Fans

Chef Kris Wessel already has a lot of friends and family in town from his hometown, New Orleans, for the Super Bowl. And more fans will start trickling in on Thursday, he told us. To rise to the occasion, he's bringing New Orleans to Miami at Red Light.

Festivities kick off on Friday with a crawfish boil happy hour and run through Sunday on the "hooker patio of Biscayne," as Wessel calls it. There will be live music Saturday night, and Sunday, the big day starts with a Big Easy Brunch from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., followed by tailgating until 7 p.m. with oysters, shrimp and crawfish. Then it's a Super Bowl party that could very well go on all night.

More details coming soon to the restaurant's website and Facebook page.
