They'll hold an event named Rehabili-Haitian at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 10 at the Mutiny Hotel in Coconut Grove. There is a $20 suggested donation and 100 percent of all the proceeds will be donated to Haitian relief efforts.
There will be an open bar, silent auction and music from DJ Vidal, Arboles Libres and other artists. Grey Goose and Bombay Sapphire will help support the event. That's right, there's an open bar from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy food donated by some of Miami's finest restaurants.
Atchana's East West Kitchen, which is located inside the Mutiny, jumped on the opportunity to give back to our Haitian neighbors who so desperately need the help. Siriporn Lek Chuaindhara, whose family owns Atchana's East West Kitchen, said, "I wanted to get involved with doing this Haiti fundraiser because I was so moved by the devastation in Haiti and inspired by the efforts of 1st & Alton. It was amazing how they were able to activate an entire community."
