DB Bistro Moderne Opening October 29 at JW Marriott Marquis

​DB Bistro Moderne opens its doors to salivating Miami diners on October 29 in the JW Marriott Marquis Miami, located at 345 Avenue of the Americas. Three-time James Beard Awarded chef Chef Daniel Boulud's arrival reaffirms Miami as a top culinary destination.

Executive Chef Jarrod Verbiak will helm the Miami locale. He brings along years of precise French technique along with the comforts of traditional bistro food. Then he will up the ante by using American ingredients with a Miami spin.

That's not all. Wine director John Mayfield has created an affordable selection starting at $25 a bottle. The list features an exciting by-the-glass program that seeks out great value wines from remote wine regions and eclectic, indigenous varietals. While tweeting with New York's wine director, Michael Madrigale, he assured us the Miami selection would be "a most formidable program." He was also recently featured in The Wall Street Journal for being a pretty "formidable" wine-guy himself.
