​As in kaput. Clammed up. Dead. And, quite frankly, not to be missed. Ken Lyon's Bath House folly was overpriced and underwhelming in terms of food, service, and decor (although other than that it wasn't too bad). The Room's former head chef, Jorge Cardenas, has taken over the kitchen at Fratelli Lyon, while Fratelli's former head chef Alex Pinero left Lyon a few weeks ago to helm the team opening Sustain. Got that?
