Ceviche Throwdown, Photo Recap for a Good Cause

And the winner is... CEVICHE 105! Chef Juan Chipoco takes the crown thanks to the judges.

Close to 300 tickets were sold to yesterday's Ceviche Throwdown.  Miamians, tweeples, foodies and judges alike came together to benefit the Friends of the Fishermen, a nonprofit associated with the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board. Congratulations to Sugarcane Raw Bar & Grill, Miami International Wine Fair and the South Florida Foodies.

What better way to end a weekend than for a good cause

Chef Andrea Curto Randazzo looking radiant by the daylight, but little do you know she throwsdown just as hard as the boys. Chef A took the People's Choice Award.
Chef Eisman's bay scallop and watermelon version was a SO fave, wonderfully tart yet elegant at once. The texture of the scallops were a winner.
NoLa native Chef Kris Wessel & sous bleeding Saints pride.
The award for best presentation goes to... THE ANGRY TUNA by Chef Dena Marino.
