​The next time you're sick, eschew the chicken--fish soup finds its way much faster to your soul. The folks at Bahamas Fish Market will serve you a huge bowl of fish chowder ($2.95 to $3.45) that will make you toes curl and your white blood cells multiply.

This hearty soup contains a bit of everything. It is fully loaded with fish, potatoes, carrots, rice, and more fish. If you're immune system is low or you did a bit too much partying last night, sopa de pescado (fish soup) will boost your energy and health to new levels.
