The Grill at The Setai officially reopened on Saturday, thus ushering in the tenure of newly appointed executive chef David Werly. While The Restaurant at The Setai is a bastion of elegant Asian cuisine, The Grill (sort of an extension of The Setai's Lobby Bar and Courtyard) looks to Europe for its inspiration. The space is defined by a mother-of-pearl topped communal table, upon which a menu of exclusively small plates ($12 to $36) are being served.

Some of the tapas-style offerings include stone crab claws; terrine de foie gras with sauternes jelly and apricot puree; Oyster Beignet with Jerusalem Artichoke Mousseline and Caviar; Black Truffle Risotto. Wines are overseen by sommelier Dwayne Savoie.

"The cuisine in The Grill is ingredient driven, seasonal, and plated in a harmoniously elegant and satisfying manner," says Werly. "We hope our guests will feel the buzz and energy we have infused into The Grill's new menu and updated décor. The intimate space really lends itself in creating a celebratory ambiance."

The Grill is open for dinner Sunday through Wednesday from 7 to 11 p.m.
