The Grill at The Setai officially reopened on Saturday, thus ushering in the tenure of newly appointed executive chef David Werly. While The Restaurant at The Setai is a bastion of elegant Asian cuisine, The Grill (sort of an extension of The Setai's Lobby Bar and Courtyard) looks to Europe for its inspiration. The space is defined by a mother-of-pearl topped communal table, upon which a menu of exclusively small plates ($12 to $36) are being served.

Some of the tapas-style offerings include stone crab claws; terrine de foie gras with sauternes jelly and apricot puree; Oyster Beignet with Jerusalem Artichoke Mousseline and Caviar; Black Truffle Risotto. Wines are overseen by sommelier Dwayne Savoie.

"The cuisine in The Grill is ingredient driven, seasonal, and plated in a harmoniously elegant and satisfying manner," says Werly. "We hope our guests will feel the buzz and energy we have infused into The Grill's new menu and updated d├ęcor. The intimate space really lends itself in creating a celebratory ambiance."

The Grill is open for dinner Sunday through Wednesday from 7 to 11 p.m.
