Chef Jeremiah of gastroPod shows how to prepare turkey, trimmings, gravy, potatoes, cranberry sauce, and pies. This all sounds very traditional, but knowing Chef Jeremiah, there may be some fun twists or creative suggestions here. The location of the class will be revealed after you register. Get behind the line and learn how to cook Thanksgiving dishes under the guidance of a chef. The menu includes: whole roasted turkey, giblet gravy, pickled jalapeno corn bread, brown sugar roasted yams, sharp cheddar mashed potatoes, chestnut and sausage stuffing, and turkey breast roulade. The classes usually max at about ten people, so register early at the Two Chefs website or call at 305-663-2100.
