This "ultimate American brasserie" promises to showcase Chef Ferraro's take on "contemporary American cuisine with an innovative spin, using exquisitely simple, farm fresh, local and organic ingredients at prices and sizes designed to encourage mix and match dining." Menu items will include small plates such as house made sausages, skewers, omelets, salads, and starters such as fried calamari with dipping sauces; garlicky mussels; and local tomato gazpacho with cucumber, watermelon, and house made croutons ($7 - $14).
Entrees ($14 to $29) include caramelized grilled rib eye with garlic-rosemary confit; roast chicken; and clay pot of local snapper and curried mussels. Sides range from Paradise Farms' wild mushroom sauté to mac and cheese. Other options include six burger selections, on brioche or multi-grain pita, numerous sandwiches (Gruyere cheese steak with strips of prime rib and crisped onions), and blackboard specials.
Forty prestigious international handcrafted beers are being poured along with six beers on draft, 20 wines by the glass, and a wine list of 70 reasonably priced vintages ($22 - $35). The bar also concocts cocktails, and is backed by an original mural by Shepard Fairey
The indoor/outdoor warehouse setting spans 5,000 sq. ft. and seats 200 (indoors and out). It is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to midnight; bar open until 1 a.m.
