| Chef Oscar is flaunting his feathers again. |
Since Peacock is coming in a month and neMesis still doesn't have its floors poured yet, we'll start with the former. Located at 2889 McFarlane Road in Coconut Grove, Peacock is named for the family that settled in the area circa 1870. The menu, thus far, comprises five salad options with five proteins to match ($14-$20) burgers and sandwiches ($12-$18); weekly specials and daily soups; and entrees, like fresh fish casserole ($20) and St. Louis baby back ribs ($18).
