​Twitter was inspiration for several South Florida food bloggers last week. The Chowfather concludes that Twitter is killing his blog, so he sums up all of his 140-character food and restaurant thoughts for 2011 in one post. Over at Chadzilla, author Chad Galiano shares compilations of 140-character recipes posted by pastry chef Will Goldfarb (who, by the way, will hold two dessert tastings April 2 in Miami).

Moving away from Twitter, Food for Thought recaps the latest Cobaya dinner featuring chef Alex Talbot of the famed blog and now book Ideas in Food.
