1500°
Omelets, cheese blintzes, fresh salads, roasted leg of lamb, and honey-glazed ham are just some of the dishes in chef Paula DaSilva's seven-station buffet. For kids, 1500° will have an egg-decorating table. The price is $65 per adult, including endless mimosas, and $19.95 for children ages 5 to 12. After a tour of the farm, enjoy fresh flower and herbal teas, tropical fruit juice, homemade organic yogurt, goat cheese, vegetables, and other tasty items. Price is $43 (plus tax and processing fees). Reserve your seat online19801 SW 320th St., Homestead; 305-248-4181.
Area 31
Brunch here includes breads, fruit, cured meats, cheeses, caviar, and fresh-shucked oysters. You can also get a selection of warm dishes that includes omelets to order, seared duck breast, grilled swordfish, lobster ravioli, beef tenderloin in a burgundy sauce, and guava-glazed pork. Cost is $55 per person plus an additional $10 if you want bottomless mimosas and bloody marys. Children ages 6 to 15 pay $25. 270 Biscayne Blvd. Way, Miami; 305-424-5234.

Café Sambal
For something a little different, Café Sambal will serve an Easter brunch with an Asian flare. It's a little pricey at $75 per person, plus $10 for mimosas, but the setting at the Mandarin Oriental might make up for it. Dishes include miso-marinated sea bass, stir-fried beef, ceviches, pork pâté, sushi, and breakfast items such as omelets, waffles, pastries, and breads. Children pay $35. 500 Brickell Key Dr., Miami; 305-913-8358.

Cascate Grill
An egg hunt makes this brunch at the Fairmont Turnberry's Cascate Grill a good option for families with children. The brunch includes an egg station, a carving station, French toast, and pancakes. Brunch is available from noon to 3 p.m. Cost is $50 per adult and $25 per child. 19999 W. Country Club Dr., Aventura; 786-279-6800.

Isabela's
Children are the focus of the festivities at the JW Marriott. A kids' station with a sundae bar and a visit from the Easter Bunny should keep the young ones happy while adults choose from a buffet menu of breakfast items and savory dishes including Hollandaise foie gras, seafood paella, and pan-seared bass with lemon sauce. Brunch is available from noon to 3 p.m. for $72 per adult and $29 for children ages 6 to 11. 1109 Brickell Ave., Miami; 305-329-3656.

Scarpetta
Pasta, seafood, and omelet stations are among the offerings at Scarpetta's special brunch. It also includes an array of pastries and desserts, as well as the restaurant's creamy polenta. The $75 price for adults includes bloody marys, bellinis, and mimosas. Children ages 4 to 12 pay $37.50 and may partake in the hotel's egg hunt, which takes place at 2 p.m. for ages 6 and younger and at 3 p.m. for ages 7 to 12. Fontainebleu Hotel, 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach; 305-674-4660.
