Enter John and Tessi from the Chill Stop, a new, all-natural mobile Italian ice company set to debut at BTTR tonight. These Johnson & Wales baking and pastry graduates have given Miamians a new and delicious way to keep cool.

The Italian ice flavors are handmade using fresh, local produce and South Florida sugar. No preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors are included, and the products are gluten-free, egg-free, and vegetarian-friendly. Flavors such as double chocolate, peanut butter, orange, lemon, and strawberry change daily. You can find out the daily flavors on Twitter.

In other truck news, Giselle Pinto, the supercute owner of dessert truck Sugar Yummy Mama, is taking her American citizenship exam today. In honor of the occasion, she has promised to have special red, white, and blue goodies for sale this evening.
