El Rey De La Paella Hits Truckers Out West Tonight

​Paella, the slow-cooked aromatic dish of seafood, meat, rice and saffron, could possibly be what Valencia, Spain is best known for. Problem with paella, is that it can be pricy and is mostly served for two (leaving singles out in the cold).

El Rey De La Paella, the newest truck to hit the streets, has solved this dilemma by introducing delicious, traditional paellas at an affordable food-truck price.

The "King" serves traditional Paella Valencia (mussels, chorizo, jumbo shrimp, clams, calamari, saffron and langoustines) and Paella Marinara (langoustines, chicken, rab, mussels, clams, shrimp and lobster). There's also a meat lovers paella (pork, chorizo and ham) for those not into seafood. Each paella is priced at $8 a serving. Arroz con pollo is offered for $6.

Try some paella tonight at Truckers Out West, where trucks will be serving dinner tonight from 5:30 to 10 p.m. at Mother of Christ Church.
