| Burger Brunch at Sakaya Kitchen served a multitude of meat. |
Yesterday's Burger Brunch, held at
Sakaya Kitchen, was one meaty event. Thirty lucky individuals were treated to a buffet of Asian-inspired breakfast items like kimchi grits, kimchi scrambled eggs, roast pork and kimchi grilled cheese and Korean-style chicken and waffles at this ticketed event.
The brunch was part of the National Burger Month celebrations in south Florida. Burger fans were treated to three different burgers, as well as "The Beast", a mash-up of tots, cheese, hotdogs and short rib. Coffee and mimosas flowed as everyone chowed down, making the burger brunch a success.
