Rocco's Dinner Party: Nicola and Fabrizio Carro of Quattro on Tonight (Video)

Twin chefs Nicola and Fabrizio Carro duke it out on Rocco's Dinner Party
When Bravo decided to make Rocco's Dinner Party, the producers were probably trying to figure out what to do with all the reality show "celebrities" still under contractual obligation. The answer? Put them around a dinner table, call them Rocco DiSpirito's friends, and have Rocco judge three chefs on the basis of what they cook for the party.

The end result is surprisingly interesting. Three chefs are given a party theme and each chef has to cook a menu based on the theme. Last week's theme was "Harlem Speakeasy," with the chef/contestants cooking for Marcus Samuelsson (who happens to own a Harlem Speakeasy).

Though we don't know this week's theme, we do know that a lot of people will be seeing double, because Miami's own twin chefs will be competing against each other tonight. Chefs Nicola and Fabrizio Carro, the executive chefs of Quattro Gastronomia Italiana in South Beach will make up two of the three contestants. The third contestant will be catering chef Ninamarie Bojekian, a Jersey Girl turned caterer, who likens her food to high-end clothes "it's couture catering."

Watch the twins (hopefully) outcook Ninamarie tonight. Rocco's Dinner Party airs Wednesdays on Bravo at 10 p.m.

I can't believe Rocco chose Fabrizio!!  He criticized most of his meal.  From the reactions at the table it seemed to me that Nina Marie was the clear winner.  I have to giver her credit for being such a gracious and polite contestent.  Fabrizio was rude and obnoxious.

RUFKM Sarah Gore shows up to not one but two Italian meals and expects NOT to eat carbs.  Really?  (Jane Hanson, I feel your pain)  And let's not forget the left over brother had an extra two hours to cook. The young lady was very confident and had full command of her kitchen, maybe that was too intimidating for a chef that can't seem to let go of his mommy's meatballs.

This has to be a set-up. Nina Marie had no shot from the beginning....setting her up against 2 Italian chef's to have an italian dinner party...Where is the fairness??? Then to boot his Lasagna was bad....Were we rating food or decor?? As I believe...the contestants didn't design the rooms the party planner did......Nina Marie's food looks awesome....the audience should be the judge......Wish she had her own show !

Nina Marie had the best food - everyone thought so.  He won for creating, according to them, the best traditional meal and setting.  So, even though the appetizers were purchased (which should have disqualified him); the lasagna was 'flat' and the fish was 'tasteless', he won for putting grass on the floor and catering to the needs of one very self centered guest.  He is a sexist pig.

It is obvious that Mr Rocco does not want women on his show, nor does he want them to win. That young woman won hands down, but I knew right away that she would be the loser because 1. she is female and 2. Rocco immediatekly favored the Italian guy just because he is Italian. Those twins were idiots-obnoxious,and definitely jealous of American women and, what's with the comment about blue eyes??????????

chef nina definitely should have won this one. the twins were TERRIBLE! Rocco is on crack for choosing the tasteless lasagna and miserable fish made by the crappy Italian.

Real Chefs vs. a Barbie Chef? I say the twins win.

Are you for real?  He didn't even cook his appetizers, all store bought.  She kicked his butt through the whole show.  Tuscan decor?  boring...........

All you have seen made from Fabrizio is exactly what you can find and eat in Italy, no matter if cook or not. If you think that chicken with mayonnaise was there in the right place....well, you probably have to go to Italy for an holiday :-)

In all due respect....weren't you paying attention?  The mayonaise was a marinade.  It locks in moisture.  I think  Sylvano Marchetto has a very refined Italian palate and knows great food when he tastes it..... he LOVED her food. period!
