No matter what form of entertainment you're into this long holiday weekend, you'll find food trucks to suit you.

Take the kids for an outing to see classic trains at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum on Saturday or hit Haulover Beach.

If you're into beer and music, head over to Tobacco Road for their Red, White and Booze celebration. You'll be able to taste beer and spirits from America's best micro-breweries and micro-distilleries. Live music, bartending competitions and food trucks round out the festivities on Saturday night.

And on Monday, celebrate our nation's birthday with food trucks and fireworks. Your favorite mobile meals will be out at five different Independence Day celebrations.

So grab your friends and family and celebrate the holiday with the traditional hot dogs, hamburgers and ice cream. Only this time, leave the cooking to the trucks!
