Morgans's second location opens in South Beach
​There didn't seem to be many interesting restaurant openings in July other than Morgans' second outpost in the old Joe Allen space. August is shaping up to be more promising with the openings of Egg & Dart in the Design District and Chow Down Grill's second location in South Beach slated for this week. On the closings front, we want to believe that American Noodle Bar is closed "for renovations and repairs" but we'll just have to wait and see. Here are July's openings and closings (or those not included in June's list).

Morgans on the Beach, 1787 Purdy Avenue, Miami Beach
Palau Café, 1250 S Miami Avenue #107, Miami
Vic and Angelo's, 150 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach

La Vida Cafe make last months list?  It's in the old Sushi Square place, maybe a month old.
