Watch Out, Guys! Mucho Nacho Is on the Scene

Mucho Nacho, where girls rule and boys drool (over their nachos, of course).

​There's no doubt about it. Even though we wrote a feature about the women of Miami food trucks, this is still a male-dominated scene.

Sure, there are women like Giselle Pinto from Sugar Yummy Mama, Nati and Stefanie Yepes from Dolci Peccati, Felice Hatcher of Feverish, and Stephanie
Diaz-Perez from Sugar Rush.

But for the most part, it's the men who dominate the sweaty realm of fryers and grills.

Watch out, guys, because the cycle is about to be broken.

Make way for the trio of badass females who own Mucho Nacho. Jose Queso, AKA Jennifer Vazquez; Cap't Carne, AKA Stephanie Bean; and Pablo Picante, AKA Robin Cashman, have made it to the South Florida food truck scene. They're working with grills, fryers, knives, jalapeños, and other dangerous items -- and having the time of their lives doing it.

Mucho Nacho serves fresh Mexican cuisine, made daily (no leftovers allowed), with real cheese (none of that processed sauce). The menu includes (of course) "Mucho Nachos," tri-colored corn chips with queso con salsa ($6.50). Add
guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream ($7.50), or have it with chicken ($8) or steak ($8.50).

For dinner, try tacos served on flatbread with chicken ($9) or skirt steak ($10). Fresh quesadillas are available in cheese ($8), chicken and cheese ($9), and steak ($10).

Mucho Nacho also makes chicken flautas ($9) drizzled with homemade chipotle sauce and sour cream.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino hosts its weekly food truck roundup tonight from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Trucks serving dinner include Big Kahuna, Che Grill, the Cheese Steak Gourmet, Churro Mania, Daddy's Grill, Dim Ssäm à Gogo, Divan Bakery, Dolci Peccati Gelato, The Flying Saucer, gastroPod, Grill Master Cafe, Guiseppe's Italian Sausage, Latin Burger, Kitchen Kabob, The MexZican Gourmet, Monster Burger, Mr. Good Stuff,  Nacho Bizness, Nacho Mama's, The Pork Shop, Purple People Eatery, El Rey De Las Fritas, The Rolling Stove, Sugar Rush, and Sugar Yummy Mama. Bike Nights at Peterson's Harley Davidson South.
