Energy Kitchen Fills You Up Without Filling You Out

The Pinecrest location is the newest hot spot among the affluent and trim of the area. The prices are reasonable when considering they take the calorie counting and fat-ass frustration out of the equation for you. Everything on the menu has fewer than 500 calories and perfectly portioned, so you can leave your food apps and point counters back in the car where they belong.
We were met by the acting GM, Mike Dolgos who sold us on ordering the turkey meatloaf entree ($12). He explained that everything across the board was made daily with top of the line ingredients (shipped through Sysco).

The meatloaf came with two sides: asparagus salad and black bean and mango salad. Both sides were fair, but if eaten alone they would fall flat. The meatloaf was savory and slathered in a rich roasted tomato marinara sauce. It was bursting with rich flavor despite it's low calorie count. No wonder this is the most popular item on the menu. If eating healthy always tasted this good, we would have started a long time ago!
We have a serious sweet tooth and were ecstatic to taste the sweet potato side. A must try! It's infused with cinnamon flavor, and not just a sprinkling of superficial cinnamon.
Energy Kitchen serves good tasting food at fair prices. It's also liberating to know that you can basically order with your eyes closed and come out with a meal that's good for you too. Energy Kitchen makes it easy to get fresh food fast.
