Chef Michael Gilligan in the Conrad days.
Drumroll, please! The new chef at the recently updated Rusty Pelican will be ... Michael Gilligan!

Remember him from the now closed Solea (at the W South Beach) and Atrio at the Conrad? Maybe hearing that charming British accent from behind the line will ring a bell, but you'll have to wait a few more weeks until the Rusty Pelican reopens after its $7 million renovation.

Regardless, we'll have an interview with him in the upcoming weeks. Stay tuned.
