That's right. Starting today and continuing every Wednesday, the beachfront SoBe restaurant is firing up the spit and roasting a whole pig from 5 to 11 p.m.
Chef Douglas Rodriguez will be hosting the live roast while you enjoy (free) pork-a-licious goodies until the porcine disappears.
Wait, wait, there's more.
Not into delectable Wilbur por gratis? No problem. Try the tapas! Like the Pincho Padron (skewered pork belly and padron peppers) or Smoked Marlin Montaditos (herb toasted bread, smoked marlin and avocado).
All of Chef Douglas' nuevo Latino tapas will be just $5 from 5 to 8 p.m. (tapa happy hour, anyone?). They should suffice to soak up $5 all-night hand-muddled mojitos. Talk about a perfect way to walk (or stumble) into the second half of the week!
While we're at it, why not dance into Thursday? DJ Jean-Marc from Hakkasan will be setting the vibe from 7 to 11 p.m.
