Who doesn't like it that way?
2. Doggi Style
Parked from 4 to 11 p.m. at the gas station on the corner of SW 24th Street and 57th Avenue, Doggi Style sure does draw a crowd considering her location. It's no surprise when you walk up and are greeted with nothing but smiles and the friendliest service you'll ever get from a hot dog vendor. The juicy, plump hot dogs ($2.50) are pressed into the most tasty piece of potato bread you'll ever have. This 100 percent beef dog blew away the competition. Except for number one that is. Oh, and just park at the pump people, no one will care.

Best wieners around.
1. Pincho Factory
Short Order chose Pincho Factory for the best wieners because the place serves real deal Chicago style hot dogs ($4). They pride themselves on offering the highest quality meats, buns and toppings, and it shows in texture and taste. Their all-beef links were griddled to perfection and placed in their amazing poppy seed bun. And after you've eaten your fourth hot dog, you'll still have room for all the other amazing things on the menu. Customer will always have their tongues wagging at this list of tasty treats. Pincho, we crown you king of wieners.

Lums had a good hot dog. Dogma is a favorite. Some of these other places have a $ 9 hot dog ? Why you can get a burger for that, or even a chicken or mahi sandwich ?

Arbetters Are Better
Arbetters Are Better

Pincho and Dogma are too fancy for me. I'll take my classic squeeze-em-til-they-drip-off-your-elbows loaded MOC dogs from Arbetter's any day. The stuff that hot dog dreams are made of.

reading this made me think of the once-great Mr. Coney Island on 167th St.  Issac Gellis franks on the grill.

Not sure how La Moon is #3 on this list...it was seriously the most disgusting hotdog I have ever eaten.  And that is saying a lot.  They can't even hold a candle to a 7-11 (disgusting) hotdog.  Did they bribe their way onto this list?  Or was the "taster" intoxicated when dining there.

The Corner has a sick Chicago-style dog - Kosher Dog, tomato, sport peppers, pickle, onions, relish, celery salt, yellow mustard...on a poppy seed bun.  Delicious!!!

You missed Shake Shack, Five Guys, Hall of Fame Hot Dogs and Duffy's on Red Road, all of which have excellent hot dogs.

Good call listing Dog Eat Dog in the top 5, but where on earth is Yellow Submarine???  Without a doubt the best dog in the history of the food!!!  Honestly, they should've been first, Dog Eat Dog 2nd and Arbetter's 3rd.
