Bella Beach Opening Tomorrow With Ice Sculptures, Fire Dancers at Trump International

Enter Trump International's Bella Beach, situated directly on the sand behind the beautiful Sunny Isles Beach resort. Playing on the city's claim to be Florida's Riviera, Bella Beach combines Mediterranean cuisine with a European feel as one of few open-air fine-dining establishments on the sand. Tomorrow Bella Beach will host its grand opening, featuring ice sculptures, fire dancers, and free hors d'oeuvres from 2 to 4 p.m.

Picture this: You can lie on a beach chair with a martini on one side and spiced poached jumbo shrimp cocktail on the other while awaiting a massive South African lobster tail to be served on a silver tray before you retire to your private daybed with a three-liter bottle of Bella Beach's rose wine.
The kitchen will shell out plenty of whole grilled fish, raw seafood, caviar, grilled steaks, and lobsters. Highlights on the menu include Les Wagyu miniburgers, which feature Wagyu beef, arugula, tomato, pickled onion, and cheddar, Swiss, or triple-cream blue cheese. You can pretty much request any cut "La Cuisine de Gril" or served with fire-roasted corn, aji panko mayo, and a tomato/asparagus ensalada.
