Miami Restaurant Openings and Closings, April 2012

Chef Cory's omakase wizardry returns at Naoe.

The return of Kevin Cory's incredible Naoe and the debut of Josh's Delicatessen & Appetizing were the most notable local openings in April. China Grill's shuttering in South Beach was the big closure (although it will reopen in Brickell). Other than that, our list of exciting establishments to come keeps growing. A couple of the more anticipated ones are just days from debuting: Milos Esitatorio, across the street from the Au Pied de Cochon space, is "one week away," according to the corporate office. And the date for the opening of the Pubbelly Italian venture, Macchialina, is May 6.
