Phuc Yea! It's Back for One Night

The Second Saturday Artwalk gallery event will promote entrepreneurial artists and designers looking to make their mark on Miami.
Here's what the Phuc they're cooking up.
The pop-up, which cured Miamians of their Vietnamese cravings for three months in 2011, is bringing back Mamma T's Cha Gio spring rolls with nuac cham. The tasty little rolls are certain to find that familiar spot on your palate. You know, the one that devoured every bit of fish sauce-covered Phuc Yea! chow?
You'll be able to munch on Gangsta Banh Mis with all the fixings like sliced jalapeños, crispy cracklings, and a personal favorite of ours, pickled daikon.
The spring rolls, banh mis, and a papaya salad will all be available for $6 each, and you can wash them all down with signature punch tumblers like the cucumber sake cooler for $10.
Partners and proud parents of Phuc Yea!, Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata, can't play favorites with their restaurant offspring, though. Phuc Yea's sister eatery, The Federal, will be there as well with a medley of craft beers and sodas.
While you eat your way through our favorite three months of 2011, you'll find artistic solace with the event's display of jewelry, apparel, reconstructed vintage, and other assorted artistic goods.
Dress for Success Miami, (the organization that provides professional apparel to disadvantaged women seeking to look the part for their interviews) will receive a portion of the night's proceeds.
