January 1st: the only day of the year when the government sanctions our hangovers with paid time off. After overindulging in bottles of cheap champagne and a river of Red Bull vodkas, there's nothing better than an oversized midday meal to soothe your aching head and rumbling tummy.

Turnberry Isle's "Hair of the Dog Brunch" is designed to restore revelers to full recovery. In addition to John Wayne's breakfast, Bloody Marys, mudslides and screwdrivers, they'll offer up Alka-Seltzer station, aspirin and TUMS from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This Bird Road burger den just launched a brand spankin' new brunch menu, with nothing over $10. Owner Nedal Ahmad tells us "the French toast and fritanga tacos are must haves". They'll be serving up the new eats from noon to 3 p.m.
The Mandarin Oriental's swanky Asian fusion spot will be offering up pancakes, omelets, French Toast and one hell of a view. Diners can chow down from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $75 for adults and $35 for kids six through 12.
The Intercontinental's Executive Chef Alexander Feher will serve eggs and omelets, tropical fruits and traditional breakfast foodstuffs at this early-morning eatery. Brunch runs 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $30 per adult, $15 for kids six through 12.
Bistro One LR
The Ritz's chic bistro is there to sooth your post-party woes with a Recovery Brunch. Sip Bloody Marys and stuff yourself silly with breakfast favorites while sitting indoors or out. For $49, you can get your fill from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Angelique Euro Cafe
Roll outta bed (or straight in from the celebration) and take your pick of lobster bisque, Norwegian Benedict, salmon carpaccio, Parisian omelets or other European-inspired surprises.
