So you haven't followed through on that "Next year in Jerusalem" promise you made at the last Passover seder, and you never had the chance to live it up in the Holy Land through Birthright. But you can still spend A Night in Jerusalem this weekend, thanks to the Saffron Supper Club.

Saffron is a roving pop-up club exploring the food and culture of the Middle East, and it's organized by culinary personality Maude Eaton and UrbanDaddy Miami editor Sara Liss. The two have hosted Persian-themed dinners in the past, and this month they're back with another internationally inspired evening, held alongside Chef Michael Jacobs in his Hidden Kitchen. That makes this a supper club meets clandestine underground restaurant -- an über anti-establishment foodie hipster's dream.

The Night in Jerusalem dinner is this Sunday at 6 p.m. in the Hidden Kitchen's secret location (somewhere inside the Imperial House condominium at 5255 Collins Avenue) and features a multi-course meal with paired cocktails courtesy of Grey Goose Vodka. Guests can also bring their own wine or champagne.

We know you love drinks, but this experience is all about culture. Liss lived, studied, and got married in Jerusalem, and Chef Jacobs (private chef to the Miami Heat) used to cook at the King David Hotel. Guided by Jerusalem: A Cookbook and a love for the ancient holy city, guests will be served Arabic, Israeli, and Persian dishes, like a canapé of goat cheese-stuffed phyllo with pomegranate molasses, all the way through a sweet ending in the form of basil pine nut ice cream. The full menu is available on the website.

It's $65, and seats have to be purchased in advance. Their Facebook page says the dinner is almost sold out, so for the love of all that is holy, get those tickets now.
