SuViche: Now Open in Wynwood (Photos)
Last Friday, SuViche's third outpost opened in Wynwood. And in Miami, the pisco bar is the first of its kind.
Photos by Carla Torres Hello, pisco sour.
Short Order sampled some new drinks and menu items. Check out the pictures after the jump.
First, a little background: Pisco is a colorless Peruvian brandy made from muscat grapes. But it isn't served only sour. There are plenty of other ways to drink it. For example, try SuViche's lemongrass pisco drink, made with ginger ale, lemon, and bitters.
The spicy tuna causa is paired with an avocado emulsion instead of sliced avocado like in Brickell and SoBe.
The smoked rococo ceviche combines shrimp, calamari, and octopus with a smoked leche de tigre and rococo sauce. It's served with crispy onions and sweet potato purée.
The Eye Dr. Roll features shrimp tempura, avocado, cream cheese, crisp carrots, eel sauce, spicy mayo, and shredded nori.
