Don't cook the bird -- buy it.
Last year you spent $500 at the market, bought a free-range bird, and had a nervous breakdown.

After you spent three days in the kitchen prepping, peeling, brining, basting, and baking, even the dog wouldn't touch the food, and you wound up calling in for a pizza.

OK, so you're no chef. But we bet you're one heck of an orderer.

So, this year, let some of Miami's best chefs and markets do the cooking for you. For probably less than what you spent last year, you'll get the entire meal prepared and cooked for you. Just pick it up, heat it (you can do that, right?), and hide all the foil trays in the trash before company arrives.
