Get oyster wrecked with the unlimited raw bar
Miami is probably the only city where you can spend your Saturday night on the beach, sipping champagne, listening to live music, and eating an endless array of oysters.

If this sounds like your idea of good time, then check out the DiLido Beach Club tomorrow. The Ritz-Carlton's beach club premiered their Nautical Night's last Saturday. Short Order was invited to attend, so check out pictures after the jump.

Every Saturday, chef de cuisine Andres Meraz will serve a menu that's sure to please seafood and shellfish aficionados. For $59, guests buy into an all-you-can-eat, four hour feast. Nautical Nights begings at 6 p.m. runs through 10 p.m.

Head over to the raw bar and fill a plate up with WiAnno oysters or local fish tiradito drenched in citrus aji sauce. Top your oysters off with you choice of traditional cocktail sauce, red wine mignonette, fresh horseradish, lemon, or lime. There's also some greens and pickled veggies to build your own salad.

There's also live music. Local musician Mike Mineo builds on the nautical theme with songs like "Yellow Submarine," and for an extra $45 a person, you can drink unlimited Veuve Clicquot while you listen to his jam. Complimentary mojitos, courtesy of 10 Cane Rum, are passed around all night to compliment the meal.

When that breeze hits, you'll want something to warm you up. New England-style clam chowder is served in a sourdough bowl and it'll do the trick.

The seafood bake includes clams, mussels, shrimp, and potato, all soaked in butter and tabasco aioli. Meraz also roasts a 40-pound grouper for tacos. Top your corn tortillas off with radish-cabbage slaw and your choice of sauce. Want more? There's also fish and chips.

Nautical Nights takes places every Saturday night at the DiLido Beach Club at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
