Will Michael Mina Take Over Gotham Steak at Fontainebleau?
It seems as though Michael Mina is very bullish about restaurant opportunities at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

The chef recently opened Michael Mina 74, an upscale restaurant/lounge at the megaresort, where diners can feast on burgers with duck-fat fries and fresh seafood straight off a dedicated boat well into the wee hours of the morning.
Representatives for the Fontainebleau would not confirm Natsusteak's opening, although Food Republic attributes the tip to the restaurateur himself, quoting Mina as describing Natsusteak as "a steak concept that's going to have a lot of Japanese influence in it."
Alfred Portale's Gotham Steak recently made news by offering a decadent (and expensive) dinner for two. At $1,954, the meal includes a bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne; a seafood tower (with caviar, crab, and lobster); a 12-ounce Japanese Wagyu steak (worth $360 alone); an artisanal cheese plate; dessert; and a personal escort into LIV nightclub for a nightcap. Although tax and gratuities aren't included, valet parking is complimentary.
