Easter is Sunday, April 20, and whether you attend sunrise services, go on a hunt for colored eggs, visit the Easter Bunny, or sleep in, one thing is for certain: You'll need some fuel afterward.

Luckily, many of Miami's best restaurants serve Easter brunch. We're talking elaborate spreads filled with all manner of goodies -- from raw oysters and bloody marys to spring lamb and warm pastries.

Here's a list of offerings. Most prices don't reflect tax and gratuity, and reservations are strongly suggested.

Atrio Restaurant and Wine Room
Atrio will serve brunch with a view from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. An extensive buffet includes a seafood bar, a carving station, and an array of desserts. Cost is $85 for adults and $24 for kids 5 to 12.

The Biltmore
Coral Gables' grand dame puts out quite a spread for brunch. This lavish buffet includes caviar, smoked salmon, shellfish, carved meats, fresh omelets, pastas, sushi, and more. Don't forget the wall of desserts. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (last seating is at 2 p.m.) and costs $95 for adults and $42.50 for kids 5 to 12.

Bongos Cuban Café
Celebrate Cuban-style at Bongos with a brunch that includes a breakfast station, a traditional Cuban station, and a Cuban delights station. Offerings include Cuban eggs Benedict on Cuban bread and a caja china-style lechón campeón. For desert, there's homemade flan. Live entertainment, an appearance by the Eater Bunny, and an Easter egg hunt complete the fun. Cost is $40 for adults, $15 for kids 7 to 12, and free for 5 and younger.

Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge
Celebrate in style with a four-course prix fixe ($95) that includes fritto misto alla Toscana, a traditional Italian fried combination of prawns, scallops, artichoke, zucchini and scampi tails; tortelli di pera al burro e salvia, pear and goat cheese tortelli in butter sage sauce; pan-roasted lamb loin in a parsley crust; and beignet rolls in a hazelnut sauce for dessert. The restaurant will also serve its regular dining menu.

Devon Seafood + Steak
Easter brunch with all the fixings, including carving and omelet stations, fresh seafood selections, made-to-order Belgian waffles, and desserts. The Easter brunch menu is offered from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for $32 for adults and $15 for kids 5 to 12.

Me, my son and daughter will hit a restaurant for brunch somewhere. Wish I can take the baby to my in-laws house but they smoke too much.
