If you've got a hankering for a side or party with your ribs, come out to Dolphin Mall this weekend and celebrate the grand opening of the third Brother Jimmy's BBQ in Miami-Dade. Today from 5 to 10 p.m., enjoy a live DJ and take a ride on the mechanical bull. On Saturday, June 28, the fun starts at noon with music, mechanical bull riding. Kids eat free with one adult entree purchase. There's also a kiddie fashion show at 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. and a concert with the Spam All-Stars at 10 p.m.
Doors open at 10:30 a.m. to the new restaurant, located at 7845 W. Hialeah Gardens Blvd., and if you're one of the first 100 people, you'll receive free Pollo Tropical chicken for a year. Don't worry if you get there too late, because there's a raffle at 11 a.m. for more free chicken. Dance to music provided by Y-100 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and check out the robo surfer and spin and win tent until 5 p.m. -- go on...give it a try (don't be chicken).

The bright flavors of a good, fresh ceviche. Fresh seafood, kissed by citrus and spices is what we crave when the temperature rises. Coincidentally, tomorrow just happens to be National Ceviche Day with some of the best places in Miami celebrating with specials. Here are our five favorite spots to enjoy seafood so fresh, it just might slap you.
