Miami Spice is officially upon us. For foodies across Miami, the concept of three-course meals at the city's finest eateries (at prices mere mortals can afford) is worth waiting ten months for.

For the meatless among us, however, it can feel a little lonely. But the landscape is getting better for herbivores all the time, and this year's Miami Spice selections are no exception. There are plenty of places to get veg-friendly options, from Seasons 52 to Macchialina and more.

Oh, and the new Miami Spice website makes it way easier to find the meatless meal options. Now, you can search by cuisine type, including vegetarian/vegan. But, be sure to double check -- as herbivores know all too well, it's important to ask questions. This year, all three-course lunches run $23 and all dinners, $39.
The Italian eatery has some mouth-watering meatless options, including broccolini with al cesare with toasted garlic and parmigiano, escarole salad with preserved lemon and pecorino and tagliolini al funghi with abalone mushrooms. Available for dinner only.
Red the Steakhouse
Red is featuring lacto-ovo and pescetarian options, and they always offer up a pasta primavera for meatless eaters. Available for dinner only.
Haven South Beach
